Fire House, 3 stars hamburgers

instaImage_31

Today I tried hamburgers at “Fire House” in Hongo Sanchome, because I heard that they were the best of Tokyo! They are noted 3 stars! They won for 4 consecutive years the prize of the best american food! So I went and waited for more than 30 minutes because there were already so many people lining up, even under the hot sun! But at the end, the wait was worth it! It was sooooo delicious! It’s definitely a must-try, at least once in your lifetime!  🙂  🙂  🙂

I spent the day in Shinjuku with my best friend from Japan, Eri-chan!! We are friends since we were 4 years old! We used to spend every summer holidays together in Kashiwa. It has been 13 years that we didn’t see each other! We finally reunited!!! So great and happy!!! 🙂

Phenix business meeting

Today, Hasegawa-san and Yoshida-san brought me with them at their business meeting at a company called ”Phenix”.  Phenix is a skiwear brand, and also englobes the brand ”Kappa” which is well known. I’ve never heard about Phenix before, but I certainly knew Kappa. The main purpose of today’s meeting was in short to establish what the company would want from G-try, and what could G-try offer them. It was very interesting to listen and see how they were exchanging, how compromises are made and decisions are taken. Really grateful that I could participate during that meeting!

I made a little montage of some of my lunch meals. I really can’t get enough of japanese food, it’s so good! And what surprise me each time is how cheap it is (compare to Tahiti)! You can have a decent meal for only 400 Yen! Just unbelievable!

Today @G-Try we celebrated 3 birthdays!!! Sato-san; Hasegawa-san and Kamba-san. Their birthday cake was AWESOME! I’ve never seen such a cake before, so original and it taste good too! Each piece is actually filled with “anko” red bean paste. It was one of  kind birthday cake!

Japanese fans voted the best fans at the World cup

Since I watched the first football game of Japan against Côte d’Ivoire during the Fifa World Cup in Brazil, I wondered why the Japanese fans were cheering their team with blue plastic bags. I found that really odd! But now that I know the answer, it’s truly admirable! They are not only using these plastic bags as a cheering tool, but mostly after the game they pick up the trashes after themselves so that to leave a clean place! I just couldn’t believe it when I heard that, and the fact that it has inspired other countries fans to do the same, it’s amazing!! No wonder why they have been voted the best fans at the World cup! Love Japan! <3

“Taina” flowers

Everyday in the morning when I walk to the train station, I pass by the wonderful smell of the “Taina” flower! It reminds me a lot about Tahiti because there are plenty of them there. I totally forgot that there were also in Japan! When I smell it, it always puts me in a good mood, it smells soooo good 🙂

Roof top fun

I had a great time tonight eating good food with great people!  We even ate homemade takoyaki!!! We also lighten up some fireworks, and we could do all of that while admiring the Tokyo Skytree! Amazing night! Thank you so much President and Nakamura-san!
